เชลล์ จับมือ depa สานฝันคนรุ่นใหม่พัฒนาเมืองแห่งอนาคต ร่วมขับเคลื่อนโครงการ Imagine the Future 2021 Thailand

บริษัท เชลล์แห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด มุ่งมั่นสนับสนุนเยาวชนคนรุ่นใหม่ในฐานะพันธมิตรที่ไว้วางใจได้ ร่วมขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่พลังงานสะอาดและเมืองอัจฉริยะ ทั้งนี้ โครงการ Imagine the Future Scenarios Competition 2021 Thailand ได้จัดต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 4 โดยปีนี้ เชลล์ ได้รับความร่วมมือจาก สำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล หรือ depa กระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม หน่วยงานรับผิดชอบการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเมืองพัฒนาเมืองอัจฉริยะของประเทศไทย และเลขานุการคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาเมืองอัจฉริยะแห่งชาติ ร่วมให้การสนับสนุนองค์ความรู้วิชาการและประสบการณ์ขับเคลื่อนแนวคิดไปสู่การปฏิบัติ โดยมีการประชุมแลกเปลี่ยนความร่วมมือระหว่างกัน เมื่อวันที่ 19 มีนาคม 2564 ที่ผ่านมา

นายปนันท์ ประจวบเหมาะ ประธานกรรมการ บริษัท เชลล์แห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด กล่าวว่า “โครง การ Imagine the Future Scenarios Competition 2021 Thailand จุดประกายความรู้ ความคิด และจินตนาการที่เปี่ยมไปด้วยศักยภาพเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของคนรุ่นใหม่ เชลล์เปิดให้มีการนำเสนอแบบจำลองสถานการณ์อนาคตและบทบาทของพลังงานในการดำรงชีวิต การทำงาน และกิจกรรมนันทนาการต่างๆ ในอีก 30 ปีข้างหน้า สำหรับไฮไลท์ของปี 2564 นี้ เชลล์ได้เชิญวิทยากรและผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้งในและต่างประเทศ โดยเฉพาะในเรื่อง Shell Scenarios “Sky 1.5” ซึ่งเปิดตัวล่าสุด และที่พิเศษยิ่งขึ้นคือ เราได้รับเกียรติจาก สำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล หรือ depa สนับสนุนผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พร้อมทั้งเปิดโอกาสให้ทีมผู้ชนะการแข่งขัน ITF เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกับโครงการนักส่งเสริมดิจิทัลพัฒนาเมืองรุ่นใหม่ด้วย”

นางสาวฐิติภา ลักษณพิสุทธิ์ ผู้จัดการใหญ่ฝ่ายสื่อสารองค์กรและประธานกรรมการจัดโครงการ Imagine the Future Scenarios Competition 2021 Thailand กล่าวสรุปว่า “เชลล์มุ่งหวังให้เยาวชนเป็นอีกหนึ่งพันธมิตรที่ไว้วางใจได้ ในการร่วมสร้างเมืองที่ดีและสังคมที่มีคุณภาพ จึงเดินหน้าการแข่งขันต่อเนื่องในรูปแบบ Virtual แม้ว่าจะมีความท้าทายจากการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 ทั้งนี้ เป็นที่น่ายินดีอย่างยิ่งที่โครงการฯ ได้รับความสนใจจากน้องๆ และมีการตอบรับเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจากนิสิตนักศึกษาจำนวนมากถึง 62 ทีม กว่า 400 คน จาก 20 มหาวิทยาลัยทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ผู้เข้ารอบรองสุดท้ายทั้งสิ้น 6 ทีม จะได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าสู่ Bootcamp โปรแกรมฝึกฝนทักษะและประสบการณ์ ขอบคุณน้องๆ เยาวชนคนทุกท่านที่ไว้วางใจให้เชลล์เป็นพันธมิตรในการสร้างเสริมศักยภาพให้คนรุ่นใหม่มีแนวคิดก้าวหน้า มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ มีทักษะในการประมวลผลข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ อีกทั้งมีศักยภาพที่จะร่วมมือกันออกแบบพลังงานที่ยั่งยืนและกำหนดการพัฒนาเมืองแห่งอนาคตตามจินตนาการของพวกเขาเองต่อๆ ไป”
