The donations were made to back the operations of seven District Health Promotion Hospitals in Bang Kachao under the supervision of Phra Pradaeng District Public Health Office. In addition, Shell has also delivered dried food to the Wat Khlong Toei Nai community, located near Chong Nonsi terminal with a population of almost 1,000 to mitigate the impacts from the pandemic. The total value of the items is 450,000 baht.

Shell, as a leader in the energy industry with a long-standing relationship with Thailand, realises and places high importance on enhancing Thais’ safety while providing protection from COVID-19, including the latest outbreak, which includes an increase in cases – especially amongst students. Shell is committed to delivering aid and collaborating with partners, both governmental and in the private sector, to elevate and strengthen the quality of life and living (Powering Lives) and to be a trusted partner for Thais through all situations – which perfectly aligns with the Powering Progress strategy.
