To delete your account, you can do it anytime by yourself via Shell Asia app under "Settings" menu and click "Delete account" or call the customer service center 02-697-5858. Once the account is deleted you will not be able to access any aspects of your account. However, you can re-join our loyalty programme by register new Shell GO+ account via Shell Asia app.

Location Services are required for locating the user's location while using the station locator, and find the nearest station feature. We do not store your location data.

Sometimes this means that a new station is opened for customers before it appears in the Shell GO+ app. We strive to have the most accurate data possible, but if you find that a particular station is missing or shown in the wrong place, please email us with details and we will work to fix it! Can I use a fuel reward to purchase fuel of higher value than the reward?
Yes, however customers must pay the excess amount with either cash/card. If your reward is of a higher value than your purchase then you will not be given the cash difference.

Please go to the AppStore or Google Play to download Shell Asia application to your mobile device, to log into your account and activate your rewards. This will enable you to redeem rewards at the station simply by showing your member QR code.

For Fuel Products :
You can accumulate points for not more than 300 liters per day per member number.
For Lubricant Products at Shell Helix Plus Oil Change+, Select Shop, and Shell Café :
The maximum spending limit is 4,000 Baht per day per member number.

Simply by telling your phone number or opening the Shell Asia Application and show your Shell GO+ QR Code before you make any purchase at Shell Stations to collect your points, record your purchase, redeem discounts and earn more rewards.

- 1 point for every 1 liter when filling Shell FuelSave Gasohol 95, Shell FuelSave Gasohol 91 or Shell E20
- 2 points for every 1 liter when filling Shell V-Power Gasohol 95.
- 1 point for every 4 liters when filling Shell FuelSave Diesel, Shell Diesel B20, or Shell FuelSave Diesel B7.
- 2 points for every 4 liters when filling Shell V-Power Diesel or Shell V-Power Diesel B7.
- Members can accumulate points from one fuel transaction per vehicle per receipt.
- Points can be accumulated when fueling 1 liter or more.
- Points accumulation is limited to not more than 300 liters per day per member number.
For Lubricant Products at Shell Helix Plus Oil Change+, Select shop, and Shell Café.
- 1 point for every 25 Baht spent on products and services at Shell Helix Plus oil change+, Select shop (excluding cigarettes and phone top-up cards), or Shell Café (excluding pre-prepared Shell cafe beverages).
- Maximum spending limit is 4,000 Baht per day per member number.

Shell Go+ points can be used to redeem discounts on fuel at Shell stations, discounts on products at Shell Select stores, and discounts on lubricant product and service at Shell Helix Plus oil change+ centers.
You can also redeem many other rewards on our catalog on Shell Asia application.

Points will be expired within 36 months from the day earned and deleted from the loyalty system at month end e.g. points earned during April 1-30, 2020 will be deleted on April 30, 2023

Membership benefits and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

Basic troubleshooting steps if the Shell Asia application is not working. If you're experiencing issues with the Shell Asia app, here are some initial steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
1. Check your internet connection: Ensure your device has a stable and working internet connection.
2. Restart your phone: Try turning your phone off and then back on again.
3. Update the application: Check the Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS) to make sure you have the latest version of the Shell Go+ app installed.
If you're still unable to access the app after trying the above, please uninstall and then reinstall the application.
How to Uninstall the Application
For iOS:
1. Tap and hold the Shell Asia app icon on your home screen.
2. Select "Remove App".
3. Choose "Delete App" and then confirm by selecting "Delete".
For Android:
1. Open the Google Play Store application.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Select "Manage apps and devices", then choose "Manage".
4. Find and select the Shell Go+ app from the list.
5. Tap "Uninstall".

You can find Shell Go+ enabled service stations by checking the Shell Station Locator on the Shell Asia App or Shell Thailand Website, and by filtering for “Go+”.
We are really sorry about the delay in upgrading the IT systems at this site. As soon as your closest service stations is live with Shell Go+ it will appear on the Station Locator.

You can take a look at your transactions in the "Account" menu of the app. You will see the date, the station where the transaction took place, the amount you paid and the savings you made.

You can log in via
1. Shell Asia application
- Install the Shell Asia application from Play Store or Apple Store.
- Open the Shell Asia app and select "Sign In".
- Enter your phone number to log in and press “Generate OTP”.
- Enter the OTP received via SMS and press confirm to access.
2. Log in via Shell GO+ LINE OA
- Add Shell Line official as a friend in the LINE application (typing @shell in the friend search bar).
- Select the menu "เข้าสู่ระบบ/สมัครสมาชิกเชลล์ โกพลัส".
- Select the menu "สมัคร/เข้าสู่ระบบ".
- Enter your phone number and press "Generate OTP".
- Enter the OTP received and confirm.

Can I still use Shell GO+ member barcode, Shell ClubSmart card and member phone number for Shell loyalty programme?
All Shell GO+ members can continue to use their phone numbers or member QR code via Shell Asia app to earn points and redeem benefits as usual.
However, we no longer accept the Shell ClubSmart card or member barcode. Customers can join Shell GO+ programme by register via Shell Asia app or LINE: @Shell.

A point cannot be counted once a transaction has been completed. Shell GO+ ID from QR code or mobile phone number should be scanned before processing the payment.

Customers can earn base points with the following daily limits:
Shell Fuel: 300 liters per day.
Other Shell products and services: 4,000 THB per day.
Purchases exceeding these limits will not be awarded base points.

Any rewards for which coupons have been issued to members will appear in the member's Shell Go+ loyalty program account, which can be checked via the Shell Asia app or Line OA.
Issued reward coupons can be used immediately at participating Shell service stations once the coupon has been activated before receiving the service. Activation can be done in the Shell Go+ loyalty program account via the Shell Asia app or Line OA.
Reward coupons terms, conditions and validity can be viewed in Shell Asia app or LINE : @shell.
If a coupon has expired, it cannot be used or reissued after its expiration date.

You can redeem more than one type of reward, provided they are different categories of rewards per redemption, subject to the company's terms and conditions.
For example, customers can use fuel discount benefits together with other benefits within the same transaction.
During a transaction, I had my member QR code scanned/ tell member phone number, completed making a payment but forgot to activate an offer. Is there still a way to redeem it?

The offer must be activated prior to presenting the member QR code or telling your Shell GO+ phone number. However, the offer can still be used in next purchase.
